We would like to introduce a case study of silicone rubber prototyping and molding that we conducted. We created 3D data from the clay model provided. By going through several rounds of retakes, we pursued an optimal shape. Next, using a resin mold for silicone injection molding, we repeated the prototyping process multiple times to finalize the shape and hardness, after which mass production was carried out at our partner factory.
